Do you shoot destination weddings?

I have not had the opportunity to do so, but I would LOVE to.

I have been to every state on the East side of the U.S., and the farthest West that I have traveled is to Alaska.

Do I have to order prints through you?

Nope! All edited images that are "Photos by Emily Rose approved" are uploaded to your private gallery. Photos can be saved to any device for you to print/share. Additional images that are not included in your package are $5 for each additional photo.

What kind of gear do you use?

I am a NIKON girl, hands down! Nikon has been the brand that I have used since I was given my first camera in middle school. I am very familiar with their equipment.

Where should we do the photo session?

I have visited many places all over Florida, and the U.S.; give me an idea of the style of shoot that you are looking to do, and I would be more than happy to provide suggestions.

How long will it take to get my photos back?

A "sneak peek" of the photos within 24 to 72 hours after the photo session will be given (this excludes weddings, rushed sneak peeks are an upcharge). It takes about 2 weeks (unless specified otherwise in your contract) to receive your completed gallery. Weddings vary depending on the time of year.

How many edited photos are included in the session?

Each session package has a certain number of photos that you receive with it. Head over to the "investment" tab to see additional details (Unless specified otherwise by a promotional shoot, i.e. mini session).

How will I receive my images?

You will receive all of your hand edited images via a private web link that is password protected. You can download your images from the web link for free to any of your devices. The web link will be accessible indefinitely unless otherwise specified.

Do you help with posing?

NO WORRIES. I am super awkward when it comes to posing for pictures myself. I like to approach photo sessions in an documentary, "candid" style. But for the posed photos you want, I can help you, no problem.

Can you make me look "xyz," i.e. do body modifications?

Yes. I can do specific requests for those that want certain things visible/invisible in their photos. Please see "Additional Fees" under the "Investment" section.

I hear that you do "wardrobe consultations," what is that?

Many clients aren't sure what to wear for their photo session. I have a client wardrobe that is accessible to you. I'd also be more than happy to send ideas to you, or help pick an outfit with what you already have.

Can I have the unedited/RAW images as well?

Unfortunately, no. I do not release any photos that I take that are not edited to reflect my editing style precisely. You wouldn't want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the peanut butter, right?

Do you do indoor or outdoor photography?

Both! I am well-versed in natural light photography, and I also use artificial light (LED lighting, etc.) for indoor photography if natural light is not sufficient. Indoor photography is mostly used for boudoir sessions.

Do you need to attend the rehearsal dinner before the wedding?

I am all about whatever makes the bride more comfortable! However, if I attend the rehearsal dinner at the venue, it ensures that I am comfortable with the layout of the venue and it also helps me meet your family and friends before the big day.

Do you have a travel fee?

Yes. My photography business is based out of Ocala, FL. I absolutely LOVE traveling! Anything over 25 miles from Ocala, 34472, is $0.75 per mile. Travel that requires flying will be discussed with the client in detail.

Will we be able to meet in-person prior to our wedding?

For all of my wedding couples, I offer a phone call consultation (or FaceTime). However, if the bride and groom are more comfortable with meeting in person to discuss wedding details, that can be arranged upon request. For brides that live out of state, a FaceTime call can be arranged.

Do you know or work with any vendors?

Yes! I know many hair stylists, makeup artists, caterers, venues, musicians, etc. that I can refer you to.
